Construction progress for April 2021

In April 2021, the following works are being carried out at the construction site of the LUCKY LAND residential complex:

House No. 3, Section 1:

• Completed installation of PVC constructions of residential buildings (12 floors (windows) each).
• Works on noise insulation in apartments and MOT have been completed.
• Works on the installation of engineering communications in apartments and MOT from the 3rd to the 12th floor have been completed.
• The work on the laying of the wiring for the floors of the apartments and the MOT from the 3rd to the 12th floor has been completed.
• Work is being done on the screeds for the apartments and MOT from the 3rd to the 5th floors.
• Work has begun on the insulation of the facade, loggias and cold passages.
• Decks are installed for installation of elevators.

House No. 3, Section 2:

• Completed installation of PVC constructions of residential buildings (12 floors (windows) each).
• Work is being carried out on the rolling of noise insulation before the installation of engineering communications in apartments and MOT.
• Work is underway to install insulation on the superstructure of the roof.

House No. 3, Section 3:

• Completed installation of PVC constructions of residential buildings (on 13th floor (windows)).
• Works on the installation of engineering communications in apartments and MOT from the 2nd to the 13th floor have been completed.
• The work on the laying of floor coverings for electrical wiring in the floors of apartments and MOT from the 2nd to the 13th floor has been completed.
• Works on rolling noise insulation in apartments and MOT have been completed.

Parking:

• The works on the installation of waterproofing and the opening of the ceiling have been completed.

House No. 4, Section 1:

• Work is underway on the arrangement of the vertical elements of the 13th floor.
• Completed brickwork on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th floors. Works are being carried out on floors -1, 7, 8, 9, 10.
• Works on the arrangement of the stylobate part of floors -2 and -1 have been completed.
• Work is underway to install vertical waterproofing of the underground part.

House No. 4, Section 2:

• The floor of the 10th floor is concreted.
• Completed brickwork on the 3rd, 4th, 5th floor. Work is underway on the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th floors.
• Works on the arrangement of the stylobate part of floors -2 and -1 have been completed.
• Work is underway to install vertical waterproofing of the underground part.

House No. 4, Section 3:

• Work is underway to install the floor slab on the 2nd floor.
• Works on the arrangement of the stylobate part of floors -2 and -1 have been completed.
• Work is underway to install vertical waterproofing of the underground part.

House No. 6, Section 2:

• Work is underway on the arrangement of the ceiling above the first floor.
• Work is underway to install vertical waterproofing of the underground part.

House No. 6, Section 1:

• Work is underway on the arrangement of the vertical elements of the 2nd floor.
• Work is underway to install vertical waterproofing of the underground part.

House No. 6, parking lot:

• Concreted foundation slab Fm3.
• Construction of vertical elements is underway.
• Work is underway to install vertical waterproofing of the underground part.
