Construction progress for August 2021

In August 2021, the following work is being carried out at the construction site of the residential complex "LUCKY LAND":

House number 3, section 1:

• Works on warming and finishing of a facade are carried out.
• Completed work on the installation of elevator equipment.
• Completed work on the installation of residential electrical panels.
• Glazing of the first floors is in progress.
• Work is underway to install metal railings on stairwells and cold passages.
• Works are being carried out on the installation of sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in the basement.

House number 3, section 2:

• Works on warming and finishing of a facade are carried out.
• Completed work on the installation of elevator equipment.
• Work is underway to install metal railings on stairwells and cold passages.
• Works are being carried out on the installation of sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in the basement.

House number 3, section 3:

• Works on the installation of screed for apartments and ILO on the 2nd and 12th, 13th floors were completed.
• Works on warming and finishing of a facade are carried out.
• Completed work on the installation of elevator equipment.
• Work is underway to install metal railings on stairwells and cold passages.
• Works are being carried out on the installation of sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in the basement.

House number 3, parking:

• Work is underway to install a sprinkler fire extinguishing system.
• Work is underway on the installation of fire alarm cabling.
• Work is underway to install smoke exhaust and ventilation systems.
• Works on the device of the storm sewerage are carried out.
• Works are being carried out on the installation of fire-fighting water supply.
• Works on laying and power supply are being carried out.

House No. 3, stylobate part:

• Work is underway to arrange the vertical elements of the stylobate part of the 2nd floor.

House number 4, section 1:

• Roof waterproofing work completed.
• Installation of PVC structures on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors is in progress.
• Works on the installation of a monolithic frame of the stylobate part have been completed.

House number 4, section 2:

• Works on the installation of a monolithic frame of section 4.2 have been completed.
• The work on the brickwork of the residential floors has been completed.
• Brickwork is being done on the roof.
• Works on the installation of a monolithic frame of the stylobate part have been completed.

House number 4, section 3:

• Work is underway on the installation of a floor slab for technical superstructures on the roof.
• Work is underway to arrange the vertical elements of the stylobate part of the 1st floor.
• Work is underway on the installation of brickwork from the 8th to the 11th floors.

House number 6, section 1:

• Work is underway to install the floor slab on the 5th floor.

House number 6, section 2:

• Work is underway on the installation of vertical elements of the 6th floor.

House number 5 section 1, 2, 3:

• The foundation slab of sections 5.1 and 5.2 was concreted.
• Work is underway to install the foundation slab of section 5.3.
• Work is underway to build the tower crane foundation.
