Construction progress for December 2020

In December 2020, the following works are being carried out at the construction site of the LUCKY LAND residential complex:

House No. 3, Section 1:

• Work is underway on the installation of PVC structures from the 3rd to the 10th floor (windows are being installed).
• Roof waterproofing is underway.
• Work is underway to install risers K1 and K2.
• Completed works on the installation of power grid risers.
• Works are underway to install waterproofing of the underground part and backfilling.

House No. 3, Section 2:

• Completed works on the installation of power grid risers.
• Work is underway to arrange the brickwork of the 13th floor.
• Work is underway to install K2 risers.
• Roof waterproofing is underway.
• Backfilling and waterproofing of the underground part is under way.

House No. 3, Section 3:

• Work is underway to arrange the brickwork of the 12th floor.
• Completed works on the installation of power grid risers.
• Laying on the roof is being done.
• Backfilling and waterproofing of the underground part is under way.

Parking

• Work is underway to arrange the backfilling of the waterproofing of the underground part and the floor.

House No. 4, Section 1:

• Work is underway to arrange the floor slab of the 5th floor.

House No. 4, Section 2:

• Work is underway to arrange the floor slab of the 3rd floor.

Pit of the sixth turn

• The pit of the sixth stage of construction is 90% open.
