Construction progress for December 2021

The Lucky Land comfort-class residential complex is located next to a huge forest and a modern shopping center. This is a real city within a city with developed infrastructure, kindergartens and schools, shops and restaurants, children's and sports grounds.

In December 2021, the following works were performed at the construction site of the Lucky Land residential complex:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Works on insulation and decoration of the facade are being carried out.
• Works on the installation of lightning protection are being carried out.
• Execution of works on glazing of the first floors.
• Installation of fire doors in technical premises is underway.
• Work is being carried out to equip the sales department.
• External network installation works are being carried out.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Works on insulation and decoration of the facade are being carried out.
• Execution of works on glazing of the first floors.
• Installation of fire doors in technical premises is underway.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• Works on insulation and decoration of the facade are being carried out.
• Approaching the completion of work on the glazing of the first floor.
• Completed works on installation of heating radiators in apartments.
• Installation of fire doors in technical premises is underway.
• Execution of works on the ventilation and smoke removal system.

Building No. 3, parking lot:

• Execution of works on installation of the splinker fire extinguishing system.
• Works on installation of smoke removal and ventilation systems are being carried out.
• Concrete floor installation works are being carried out.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Installation of PVC constructions of residential floors.
• Facade insulation works are being carried out.
• Installation of ventilation and smoke removal systems is being carried out.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Installation of PVC constructions of residential floors.
• Execution of works on installation of ventilation and smoke removal systems
• Facade insulation works are being carried out.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Installation of PVC constructions from the 3rd to the 13th floor is in progress.
• Facade insulation works are being carried out.
• Roofing works are being carried out.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• Work is being carried out on the construction of the 12th floor ceiling.
• Bricklaying works are being carried out from the 2nd to the 7th floor.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• Work on the installation of vertical elements of the 12th floor is underway.
• Work is being carried out on the installation of brickwork from the 2nd to the 4th floor.

Building No. 5, Section 1, 2, 3:

• Execution of works on the installation of vertical elements of the first floor of Sections 1 and 2.
• Completed works on the arrangement of the grillwork under the tower crane of section 3.
