Construction progress for December 2022

DIM builds! We share a fresh photo report from the LUCKY LAND construction site. We were actively building, doing everything possible to fulfill the work plan for December, regardless of the problems with the electricity supply. We are finishing this year productively, with a decent result in construction. Thank you to our investors for the timely installment payments, thanks to which LUCKY LAND is being dynamically built!

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Work on the installation of external networks B1, K1, K2 is being carried out. - 85%
• Work on the installation of external ETR networks is being carried out - 70%
• Furnishing of basements - 80%
• Equipment of the entrance group - 10%
• Installation of pumping equipment and water metering unit
• Furnishing of common areas - plastering of 11-12 floors

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Furnishing of basements - 80%
• Arrangement of facades - 90%

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• Furnishing of basements
• Furnishing of facades - 90%
• Installation of decorative baskets for air conditioners - 50%

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Furnishing of facades - 20%
• Work on the decoration of technical superstructures and ventilation shafts on the roof is being carried out - 80%
• Installation of elevator equipment - 15%

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Arrangement of facades - 30%
• Installation of elevator equipment -15%

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Work on the decoration of technical superstructures and ventilation shafts on the roof is being carried out - 80%

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• Work on the arrangement of brickwork of ventilation shafts on the roof is carried out -100%
• Work on waterproofing the roof is completed - 80%

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• Work is being carried out on the installation of brickwork on the 9-10th floor
