Construction progress for February 2021

In February 2021, the following work is being carried out at the construction site of the LUCKY LAND residential complex:

House number 3, section 1:

• Work is underway on the installation of PVC structures on the 11th - 12th floors (windows are being installed).
• Roof waterproofing work completed.
• Completed work on the installation of risers K1 and K2.
• Work has begun on the installation of engineering communications for apartments and MZK.
• Works on the installation of power grid risers have been completed.
• Works on waterproofing of the underground part and backfilling have been completed.

House number 3, section 2:

• Works on the installation of power grid risers have been completed.
• Bricklaying work completed.
• Completed work on the installation of risers K1 and K2.
• Roof waterproofing work completed.
• Works on waterproofing of the underground part and backfilling have been completed.

House number 3, section 3:

• Work is underway on the installation of brickwork on the 13th floor.
• Works on the installation of power grid risers have been completed.
• Completed work on the installation of risers K1 and K2.
• Roof waterproofing work completed.
• Works on waterproofing of the underground part and backfilling have been completed.

Parking

• Work is underway on the waterproofing of the ceiling.

House number 4, section 1:

• Work is underway to install the floor slab on the 8th floor.
• Brickwork in progress on the 3rd floor.

House number 4, section 2:

• Work is underway to install the floor slab on the 7th floor.

House number 4, section 3:

• Work is underway on the installation of a floor slab -2 floors.

Parking

• Fm-5, Fm-6 and Fm-8 grillages were made.

House 6 section 6.3 and 6.2:

• Fm-2 foundation slab completed.
• Work has begun on the installation of vertical elements -1 floor.

House 6 section 6.1:

• Reinforcement of the Fm-1 foundation slab is in progress.
