Construction progress for January 2021

In January 2021, the following work is being carried out at the construction site of the LUCKY LAND residential complex:

House number 3, section 1:

• Work is underway on the installation of PVC structures from the 3rd to the 10th floors (windows are being installed).
• Roof waterproofing work completed.
• Completed work on the installation of risers K1 and K2.
• Works on the installation of power grid risers have been completed.
• Work is underway to waterproof the underground part and backfill.

House number 3, section 2:

• Works on the installation of power grid risers have been completed.
• Bricklaying work completed.
• Completed work on the installation of risers K1 and K2.
• Roof waterproofing work completed.
• Work is underway on backfilling and waterproofing of the underground part.

House number 3, section 3:

• Work is underway on the installation of brickwork on the 13th floor.
• Works on the installation of power grid risers have been completed.
• Work is underway on the installation of risers K1 and K2.
• Roof waterproofing work in progress.
• Work is underway on backfilling and waterproofing of the underground part.

Parking

• Work is underway to backfill the waterproofing of the underground part and ceiling.

House number 4, section 1:

• Work is underway on the installation of vertical elements of the 6th floor.

House number 4, section 2:

• Work is underway to install the floor slab on the 5th floor.

Parking

• Fm-3 and Fm-9 grillages were made.
• Concrete preparation of Fm-5, Fm-6, Fm-8 was completed.

House 6 section 6.3 and 6.2

• Concrete preparation for the Fm-2 foundation slab has been completed.
• Section 6.1 excavation is 90% open.
