Construction progress for July 2020

In July 2020, the following work is being carried out at the construction site of the LUCKY LAND residential complex:

House number 3, section 1:

• Work is underway on the installation of a reinforced concrete frame on the 8th floor (overlapping above the floor).
• Bricklaying of the basement, 3rd and 4th floors is underway.

House number 3, section 2:

• Work is underway on the installation of vertical elements of the 8th floor.
• Bricklaying is underway on the 3rd and 4th floors. Basement brickwork completed.

House number 3, section 3:

• Work is underway on the installation of vertical elements of the 4th floor.

House number 4:

• The foundation slabs of sections 4.1 and 4.2 were concreted;
• Section 4.3 concrete preparation completed;
• The excavation of the foundation pit for the parking of the 4th stage continues.

Parking:

• Work is underway on the installation of part of the floor slab and vertical elements.
