Construction progress for July 2021

In July 2021, the following works will be carried out at the construction site of the "LUCKY LAND" housing complex:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• The screed installation work on the MZK 13th floor has been completed.
• Works on insulation and facade decoration are being carried out.
• Installation of elevator equipment is being carried out.
• Installation of apartment switchboards is being carried out.
• Work is being carried out on the installation of fasteners under the stained glass windows of the first floors.
• Installation of PVC structures on cold passages and vestibules has been completed.
• Work is underway to install metal fences on stairwells and cold passages.
• Installation of fire alarm cabling in apartments and office premises has been completed.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• The screeding work on the apartments and MZK from the 9th to the 13th floor has been completed.
• Works on insulation and facade decoration are being carried out.
• Installation of elevator equipment is being carried out.
• Installation of PVC structures on cold passages and vestibules has been completed.
• Work is underway to install metal fences on stairwells and cold passages.
• Installation of fire alarm cabling in apartments and office premises has been completed.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• The screeding work on the apartments and MZK from the 3rd to the 11th floor has been completed.
• Works on insulation and facade decoration are being carried out.
• Installation of elevator equipment is being carried out.
• Installation of fire alarm cabling in apartments and office premises has been completed.
• Work is underway to install metal fences on stairwells and cold passages.

Building No. 3, Parking:

• Works on the arrangement of the splinker fire extinguishing system are being carried out.
• Work is being carried out on the installation of fire alarm cabling.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• The brickwork on the roof has been completed.
• Roof waterproofing is being carried out.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• The ceiling of the 13th floor is concreted.
• Brickwork is being done on the 12th floor.
• Work is being carried out on the installation of vertical elements of the stylobate part of the 2nd floor.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Work is underway to install the vertical elements of the 11th floor.
• Work on the installation of vertical elements of the stylobate part of the 1st floor is being carried out.
• Work is underway to install brickwork from the 3rd to the 7th floor.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• Work on the arrangement of the floor slab of the 3rd floor is being carried out.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• Work on the arrangement of the vertical elements of the 4th floor is being carried out.

Building No. 5, Section 1, 2, 3:

• Pit opening works are being carried out.
