Construction progress for June 2021

In June 2021, the following works will be carried out at the construction site of the "LUCKY LAND" housing complex:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Work on screeding in apartments and MOPs from the 3rd to the 12th floor has been completed.
• Facade insulation works are being carried out.
• Works on installation of elevator equipment are being carried out.
• The screeding of floors -2 and -1 has been completed.
• Work has begun on the installation of fasteners under the stained glass windows of the first floors.
• Installation of cable distribution, water supply and heating in apartments has been completed.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Work on screed installation in apartments and MOP from the 3rd to the 8th floor has been completed.
• Facade insulation works are being carried out.
• Works on installation of elevator equipment are being carried out.
• Work on the screed arrangement of floor -1 has been completed.
• Work has begun on the installation of fasteners under the stained glass windows of the first floors.
• Installation of cable distribution, water supply and heating in apartments has been completed.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• Work on screeding in apartments and MOPs from the 3rd to the 7th floor has been completed.
• Facade insulation works are being carried out.
• Works on installation of elevator equipment are being carried out.
• Work on the screed arrangement of floor -1 has been completed.
• Work has begun on the installation of fasteners under the stained glass windows of the first floors.
• Installation of cable distribution, water supply and heating in apartments has been completed.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Completed works on the installation of a monolithic frame.
• Finished brickwork from the 3rd to the 13th floor. Work is underway on the roof.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• The floor of the 11th floor is concreted.
• Finished brickwork from 3rd to 10th floor. Work is underway on the 11th floor.
• Work is being carried out on the installation of the floor slab of the stylobate part of the 1st floor.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Work is underway to arrange the vertical elements of the 9th floor.
• Work on the arrangement of vertical elements of the stylobate part of the 1st floor is being carried out.
• Work has begun on the installation of brickwork on the 3rd and 4th floors.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• Work on the arrangement of the vertical elements of the 3rd floor is being carried out.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• Work on the arrangement of the vertical elements of the 3rd floor is being carried out.

Building No. 5, section 5.3 and 5.2

• Pit opening works are being carried out.
