Construction progress for March 2021

In March 2021, the following works are being carried out at the construction site of the LUCKY LAND residential complex:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Installed PVC structures from the 3rd to the 12th floor (windows).
• Work on the installation of engineering communications in apartments and MZK from the 3rd to the 8th floor has been completed.
• Completed work on the installation of electrical wiring in the floors of apartments and MZK from the 3rd to the 7th floor.
• PVC constructions of loggias from the 3rd to the 12th floor (windows) are being installed.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Completed works on the installation of power grid risers.
• Finished work on the arrangement of brickwork.
• Completed work on the arrangement of risers K1 and K2.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• PVC constructions are installed from the 8th to the 13th floor (windows).
• Work is being carried out on the installation of engineering communications in apartments and MZK from the 2nd to the 4th floor.
• Work is being carried out on the installation of electrical wiring in the floors of apartments and MZK from the 2nd to the 4th floor.

Parking

• Work is underway to install waterproofing of the floor.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Work is underway to arrange the floor slab of the 10th floor.
• Brickwork is being done on the 3rd and 4th floors.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Work is underway to arrange the floor slab of the 9th floor.
• Brickwork is being done on the 3rd and 4th floors.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Work is underway to arrange the vertical elements of the 1st floor.

Building 6, section 2

• Work on the arrangement of vertical elements of the -1st floor is being carried out.

Building 6, section 1

• Work is underway on the installation of the floor slab - 1st floor.
