Construction progress for November 2022

DIM builds companies! Does not stop! It moves quickly and only forward! Our LUCKY LAND is growing every day. We are doing everything possible to complete and hand over the apartments to our esteemed investors as soon as possible.

We share the November report on the construction of the best LUCKY LAND eco-complex:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• work on the installation of external networks B1, K1, K2 is being carried out;
• work on the installation of external ETR networks is being carried out;
• basement rooms are being equipped;
• preparation work of incoming groups is carried out;
• installation of pumping equipment and water metering unit;
• equipping common areas.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• work on equipping basement premises.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• arrangement of equipment of basement premises;
• arrangement of facades;
• installation of decorative baskets for air conditioners.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• arrangement of facades;
• work is being carried out on the arrangement of finishing technical superstructures and ventilation shafts on the roof;
• installation of elevator equipment.

• installation of elevator equipment.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• work is being carried out on the arrangement of the decoration of technical superstructures and ventilation shafts on the roof.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• work on the installation of brickwork for ventilation shafts on the roof is being carried out;
• waterproofing of the roof is in progress.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• work on the arrangement of the brickwork of the 8th floor is being carried out.
