Construction progress in January 2022

The Lucky Land comfort-class residential complex is located next to a huge forest and a modern shopping center. It is a real city within a city with developed infrastructure, kindergartens and schools, shops and restaurants, children's and sports grounds.

In January 2022, the following works were performed at the construction site of the Lucky Land housing complex:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Work is being carried out on the arrangement of ebbs on the roof.

• Lightning protection works are being carried out.

• Installation of heating radiators in apartments is underway.

• Work on the installation of fire doors in technical premises has been completed.

• Finishing of technical premises and MOSs on the 1st and 2nd floors is being carried out.

• Work on the arrangement of the sales department is underway.

• Works from external networks are performed.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Work is being carried out on the arrangement of ebbs on the roof.

• Installation of fire doors in technical premises is underway.

• Finishing work on technical premises and MOP-1 floor is being carried out.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• Work is being carried out on the arrangement of ebbs on the roof.

• Installation of fire doors in technical premises is underway

• Works on the ventilation and smoke removal system are being carried out.

• Finishing work on technical premises and MOP-1 floor is being carried out.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Installation of PVC constructions of residential floors has been completed.

• Installation of ventilation and smoke removal systems is in progress.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Installation of PVC constructions of residential floors has been completed.

• Installation of ventilation and smoke removal systems is in progress.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Finished work on the roof.

• Installation of PVC constructions of residential floors has been completed.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• Finished work on the ceiling of the 13th floor.

• Bricklaying works are being carried out from the 2nd to the 8th floor.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• Work is being carried out on the 13th floor ceiling.

• Bricklaying works are being carried out from the 2nd to the 6th floor.

Building No. 5, Section 1:

• Work on the arrangement of vertical elements of the 4th floor is being carried out.

Building No. 5, Section 2:

• Work on the arrangement of the floor slab of the 4th floor has been completed.
