The Lucky Land comfort-class residential complex is located next to a huge forest and a modern shopping center. It is a real city within a city with developed infrastructure, kindergartens and schools, shops and restaurants, children's and sports grounds.

In November 2021, the following works were performed at the construction site of the Lucky Land residential complex:

Building No. 3, Section 1:

• Works on insulation and decoration of the facade are being carried out.
• Glazing of the first floors is underway.
• Installation of splinker fire extinguishing systems in basements was completed.
• Installation of fire doors in technical premises is underway
• Work is being carried out to equip the sales department.

Building No. 3, Section 2:

• Works on insulation and decoration of the facade are being carried out.
• Glazing of the first floors is underway.
• Installation of fire doors in technical premises is underway
• Completed works on installation of heating radiators in apartments
• Installation of splinker fire extinguishing systems in basements was completed.

Building No. 3, Section 3:

• Works on insulation and decoration of the facade are being carried out.
• Finished work on plastering of technical premises.
• Installation of heating radiators in apartments is underway.
• Installation of splinker fire extinguishing systems in basements was completed.
• Installation of fire doors in technical premises is underway.
• Work on the ventilation and smoke removal system is being carried out.

Building No. 3, parking lot:

• Works on installation of the splinker fire extinguishing system are being carried out.
• Completed works on installation of fire alarm cable distribution.
• Works on installation of smoke removal and ventilation systems are being carried out.
• Concrete floor installation works are being carried out.
• Completed works on installation of fire-fighting water supply.
• Work on laying and installation of electricity supply has been completed.

Building No. 4, Section 1:

• Installation of PVC constructions from the 3rd to the 13th floor is in progress.
• Facade insulation works are being carried out.
• Installation of ventilation and smoke removal systems is being carried out.

Building No. 4, Section 2:

• Installation of PVC constructions from the 3rd to the 13th floor is in progress.
• Installation of ventilation and smoke removal systems is being carried out
• Facade insulation works are being carried out.

Building No. 4, Section 3:

• Finished work on the installation of brickwork on the roof.
• Installation of PVC constructions from the 3rd to the 13th floor is in progress.

Building No. 6, Section 1:

• Work is being done on the 10th floor ceiling.

Building No. 6, Section 2:

• Installation of vertical elements of the 10th floor is underway.

Building No. 5, Section 1, 2, 3:

• Work on the arrangement of the vertical elements of the first floor of Sections 1 and 2 is underway.
