Residential complexes of the DIM group of companies in the ratings of the LUN City portal

The LUN City portal analyzed data on all new buildings currently under construction in Kyiv and selected complexes where the largest area around buildings is planned. Lucky Land residential complex — one of the best complexes in the Svyatoshyn district of the capital — made it to the top five residential projects with the largest residential area of 221,394 m2.

Another residential complex of a group of companies, "Metropolis", located in the Holosiivsky district, was included in the TOP 30 housing complexes of Kyiv, where the largest residential area is planned. It took 24th position with an indicator of 42,731 m2.

Also in January, the LUN City portal published the results of the 2021 real estate market, where, among other ratings, it presented the twenty most popular residential complexes according to views on the LUN website. Residential complexes "Metropolis" and Lucky Land entered the rating, occupying the 9th and 12th positions, respectively.
